Within months of forming THE VANGUARDS found themselves recording in The Charlatans’ studio with legendary production duo Dave Tolan and Jim Spencer (Primal Scream, The Charlatans) – the result is Regress – a gritty blast of raw energy blended with a genuine pop melody.
